I picked this glass case up just after I biffed it on my mountain bike and bent the original clam shell I received with the glasses. Luckily, the glasses survived. I researched a few other situations, but this one appeared to be the most comparable to the original. Given that the original protected my glasses so well, that was the purpose. When the case arrived, I was pleasantly shocked. It was the correct size and just as sturdy as the original. My ONLY complaint is the color palette.
I expected that my glasses would be a tight fit when I read that this case was small. But I did not count on the case to be so THIN!
Unless your glasses fold up quite FLAT, do not count on the case to close all the way!
I also do not like the inside color...some type of creme-peach-beige color.
On the plus side - It seems incredibly strong and sturdy.
