I purchased my frames (Dolce Gabbana 1189) and the letter "G" was missing from the lefet side of the frame. I called the provider to advise and was advised that there's nothing they could do considering the fact that my perscription was already placed in the frames. How can you ever tell a buyer there is nothing you can do, we the livelihood of your firm? Wow! You live and you understand.
