I had the same concern as others, no matter whether this Eyeglasses had been original or not given that they are produced in china. I sent an e-mail to Ray-Ban costumer service and they told me that they do have a a factory in china and they have authorized sellers (as this one) that sell original items. So don't be concerned, they appear fantastic. Mine are 50mm and I appreciate them. I just got them out from the optical shop with the prescription glasses installed.

Produced in China cheap knock-off. The true ones are made in Italy. Only noticed this right after purchase. These scratch without difficulty as nicely.
