When I got the red striped glasses in the mail they had been broken to the point exactly where it was essentially unwearable. I came on Amazon and wrote a two star critique since ordinarily I was angry, particularly since the other glasses they've sent me were in really great condition and this one was not. The purpose I didn't return or complain further was considering that of the same cause, the glasses were cheap and I had so quite a few other ones that I just didn't care. What shocked me was that they cared, adequate so to email me and then call me. The representative told me she sent out new ones that she evaluated herself and stated it was in the very best conceivable condition. I was so shocked and content when she named to tell me that. She even stated it was going to be free of charge shipping and that I could maintain and throw away the ones I had. For that I need to have to re-evaluate my prior statements on these glasses. I got the brown and black frame, clear lenses. This is my 4th pair of glasses from this seller, as often, they are wonderful good quality and specifically as described/shown.
